Western Union Headquarters

Western Union’s (WU) rich history of innovation and connecting people is the story that is told throughout their new headquarters workplace design. Central to the design strategy is an emphasis on connecting people. All design features, down to minor details, are thoughtfully crafted to not only physically connect employees through their vertical campus but also connect them to the WU spirit around the world.

Each floor has unique design elements and amenities inspired by a region of the world that WU serves. This strategy is intended to entice employees to discover and experience spaces outside of their assigned location or floor, promoting cross-pollination and movement throughout the campus.

The planning principals are focused around: maximizing opportunities to connect, neighborhood planning, featuring natural light and views out of the building, and provide variety & choice.
